Terdakwa Poniman meminjamkan KTP kepada temannya, Kartiman, untuk pengajuan kredit motor Vario 160 melalui leasing Adira Finance.
Permohonan kredit diajukan pada Juni 2023.
Setelah itu, transaksi kredit pun disetujui dan motor dikirim ke pemohon.
Namun, setelah motor diterima, cicilan tidak pernah dibayarkan.
Pihak leasing akhirnya menagih ke alamat Poniman karena data yang terdaftar atas namanya.
Dari penyelidikan, diketahui bahwa Poniman menerima imbalan uang sebesar Rp1,4 juta karena telah meminjamkan KTP.
Majelis hakim menilai Poniman sadar bahwa tindakannya berpotensi merugikan.
Ia dinilai tidak berhati-hati dalam penggunaan identitas pribadi.
Akhirnya, ia dijatuhi hukuman 2 tahun penjara dan denda sebesar Rp10 juta.
