Os traigo en diferido el encuentro “Likes, hate y democracia: una conversación urgente” del pasado 18 de marzo, organizado por @LaVanguardia en colaboración con el Comisionado para la celebración de ‘España en Libertad. 50 años’.Tuve el placer de presentar y moderar esta conversación junto a voces tan necesarias como Juan Evaristo Valls (filósofo, escritor y profesor), Estela Ortiz (teórica cultural y podcaster) y Maria Bouabdellah (periodista, creadora y presentadora de TV).
¿Por qué la ultraderecha conecta con tantos jóvenes? ¿Qué papel juegan las redes, los algoritmos y el malestar social en este giro reaccionario? ¿Y cómo responder sin ir siempre a remolque?
Conversamos sobre malestar social, algoritmos, masculinidades, tradwives, discursos de odio, democracia y crisis de sentido en internet. Una charla para pensar por qué estos discursos no solo movilizan miedo u odio, sino también algo más profundo: una promesa de orden, pertenencia y sentido en un mundo cada vez más precario e incierto.
