Rusia y Ucrania han reafirmado su deseo de poner fin a la crisis, que este martes cumplió su cuarto aniversario. El portavoz del Kremlin, Dmitry Peskov, afirmó que la postura de Rusia es clara y coherente, y que está haciendo todo lo posible por alcanzar la paz. Entre las exigencias de Moscú se encuentran la retirada de Ucrania de la región de Donbás, el estatus neutral de Kiev y el levantamiento de las sanciones contra Rusia. El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Ucrania, por su parte, insistió en que buscan poner fin al conflicto y restablecer la paz. Kiev ha exigido garantías de seguridad, apoyo militar y ayuda financiera a sus aliados.
