Carmelo Schininà aggiorna sugli ultimi sviluppi del caso di Garlasco e sulle nuove indagini che coinvolgono Andrea Sempio. Al centro la consulenza affidata dalla Procura di Pavia allo psichiatra Ignazio Catanesi, chiamato a verificare l’eventuale presenza di una patologia già all’epoca dell’omicidio di Chiara Poggi, e dunque la sua possibile incidenza sull’imputabilità e la pericolosità sociale di Sempio. La valutazione si basa anche sulle intercettazioni del 2025 e sugli scritti acquisiti dagli inquirenti.Schininà ricostruisce anche la strategia della difesa, che ha scelto di non sottoporre Sempio al colloquio e al test psicologico richiesti dal consulente.
