간단히 양념 만들어 닭다리를 넣고 버무린 다음
에어프라이에 190˚ / 40분 구웠어요!
참! 중간에 닭껍질이 좀 마른듯한 느낌이 들어서
올리브유도 살짝 발라주었더니
노릇노릇하면서 윤기가 좔좔~흐르는게
아주 먹음직스럽게 잘 구워졌더라구요
먹어보면 확실히 육즙가득 촉촉하니 부드럽고
일반 닭다리보다 큼직해서
한입 크게 베어먹을때 오는 만족감이 아주 좋았어요!
사실 자메이카치킨과 비주얼은 비슷하지만
자메이카치킨의 불향과 특유의 양념맛은 없었어요!
제가 만든 치킨이 맛없다는건 아니고
자메이카느낌보단 약간 처갓집치킨 양념 비슷한 맛?!
다른 매력으로 충분히 맛있었답니다
