U.S. 9TH Circuit to hear case on TPS for Venezuelans

Oral arguments are scheduled in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in a lawsuit challenging the Trump administration's cancellation of Temporary Protected Status designations for Venezuelans. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is appealing a district judge's order staying her cancellations, an order that the Supreme Court lifted while the case plays out.
