KPU Bantah Rahasiakan Ijazah Capres-Cawapres Buntut Isu Ijazah Jokowi dan Gibran
JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Ketua KPU Mochammad Afifuddin membantah jika keputusan KPU nomor 731 tentang kerahasiaan beberapa dokumen capres cawapres adalah buntut isu ijazah palsu Jokowi dan Gibran."Jadi pada intinya kami hanya menyesuaikan pada dokumen-dokumen tertentu yang ada 'aturan untuk dijaga kerahasiannya,' misalnya berkaitan dengan rekam medis, kemudian dokumen sekolah atau ijazah dan selanjutnya itu ya yang bersangkutan, yang harus diminta, kemudian atau atas keputusan pengadilan," kata Ketua KPU Mochammad Afifuddin, Senin (15/9/2025).
Menurutnya keputusan ini juga merupakan dasar hukum yang digunakan untuk semua pihak yang akan berkontestasi di ajang pemilihan umum.
"Tidak ada yang dilindungi, karena ini ada uji konsekuensi yang harus kami lakukan, ketika ada pihak meminta di PPID kami. Jadi ada informasi-informasi yang lembaga itu kemudian harus mengatur mana yang dikecualikan, mana yang tidak," jelasnya.
Afif menjelaskan hal itu mengacu pada sejumlah undang undang dan peraturan KPU, baik ijazah dan rekam medis bersifat rahasia.
Adapun dokumen tersebut bisa diminta pihak luar dengan syarat ada persetujuan pemiliknya.
