CIREBON, KOMPAS.TV - Pasien tergigit ular mengaku tidak mendapat hak, fasilitas, dan layanan yang baik saat dirawat di RSUD Gunung Jati Kota Cirebon, Jawa Barat. Kuasa hukum pasien merekam kondisi pasiennya selama dirawat dan dibagikan dalam akun TikTok-nya.Dalam video berdurasi sekitar 3 menit yang diunggah di akun TikTok @ibnusaechulaw, Ibnu sang kuasa hukum menyampaikan keluhan kliennya, pasien tergigit ular bernama Ranu Jaya, asal Desa Jagapura Lor, Kecamatan Gegesik, Kabupaten Cirebon, Jawa Barat.
Dalam video yang sudah ditonton sebanyak lebih dari satu juta kali, Ranu mengaku tak diberi makan selama tiga hari dan infus di tangannya tak dicabut meski sudah kosong.
Menurut kuasa hukum, kliennya akhirnya diperbolehkan pulang setelah kuasa hukum bertindak sebagai penjamin pribadi. Pasien baru bisa membayar 1 juta dari total biaya pengobatan sebesar Rp14 juta.
Namun tudingan itu dibantah oleh pihak RSUD Gunung Jati. Mereka mengklaim telah menangani pasien secara profesional.
Ranu yang tidak memiliki BPJS datang ke RSUD Gunung Jati pada Kamis, 3 Juli, dengan laporan tergigit ular berbisa. Tim medis langsung melakukan penanganan awal dengan memberikan serum antibisa.
