🔴 Abogado, escritor, conferenciante y analista en los ámbitos de la geopolítica, la filosofía de la historia y el pensamiento estratégico, Fernández-Cruz articula en esta intervención una reflexión de fondo sobre la crisis de la cultura europea y la necesidad de recuperar instrumentos de análisis capaces de situar el presente en una perspectiva histórica amplia. La obra de Oswald Spengler ocupa un lugar central como referencia para comprender los grandes ciclos históricos, el tránsito entre cultura y civilización y los procesos de agotamiento de las formas históricas.
