Massa Serbu Perusahaan Limbah di Cilegon, Polisi Ungkap Dalangnya
CILEGON, KOMPAS.TV - Polisi menangkap sejumlah massa yang melakukan intimidasi kepada karyawan perusahaan terkait kasus perebutan pengelolaan limbah pabrik di Cilegon, Banten. Satu di antaranya adalah koordinator lapangan aksi.Sejumlah massa memaksa memasuki sebuah perusahaan pengelolaan limbah industri dan melakukan perusakan serta intimidasi kepada karyawan yang tengah bertugas di Cilegon, Banten.
Sejumlah massa memaksa karyawan perusahaan untuk keluar dari area kerja. Bahkan sempat terjadi cekcok antara karyawan dengan massa, namun akhirnya bisa dilerai.
Usai aksi tersebut, polisi menangkap tujuh orang pelaku yang terlibat pada aksi tersebut. Ketujuhnya merupakan warga sekitar.
Menurut polisi, pelaku melakukan aksi tersebut karena ingin meminta pengelolaan limbah pabrik di wilayah Kota Cilegon, Banten.
Polisi menetapkan EH sebagai otak di balik aksi tersebut. EH disebut sebagai aktor intelektual dan penanggung jawab utama aksi perebutan limbah pabrik.
Para pelaku dijerat Pasal 160 KUHP tentang penghasutan, Pasal 170 KUHP tentang kekerasan, dan Pasal 406 KUHP tentang perusakan barang, dengan ancaman hukuman mencapai 9 tahun penjara.
