Ich habe in verschiedenen Bereichen gearbeitet, unter anderem im Krankenhaus, im Pflegeheim und in der ambulanten Pflege. Ich spreche über die Nachteile der Pflegeausbildung, hohen Arbeitsdruck, schwierige Kollegen, ein toxisches Arbeitsklima, die Ausbildungsvergütung und darüber, warum man am Arbeitsplatz klare Grenzen setzen muss.
Lohnt sich eine Pflegeausbildung in Deutschland? Ist die Ausbildung zum Pflegefachmann oder zur Pflegefachfrau eine gute Möglichkeit für internationale Bewerber? Warum verlieren manche Auszubildende ihre Motivation? Dieses Video zeigt meine persönliche Erfahrung mit der Pflege und Ausbildung in Deutschland.
Mein Ziel ist nicht, andere Menschen zu entmutigen. Ich möchte zeigen, was man vor einer Pflegeausbildung und vor der Einwanderung nach Deutschland wissen sollte.
