Tragedia a Crans-Montana, Bertolaso: “Non è omicidio colposo, è strage”
Dopo la tragedia di Crans-Montana, Guido Bertolaso, assessore al Welfare di Regione Lombardia, ha espresso dure critiche sulla gestione della vicenda: “La Svizzera, lo sappiamo tutti, è la patria dell'individualismo, è il santuario della protezione dei dati personali… e quindi non mi stupisce la prudenza che anche la magistratura, in una prima fase, ha adottato nei confronti di questa tragedia”.Bertolaso ha precisato la sua posizione rispetto alle accuse formulate: “Non sono assolutamente un giurista, in teoria non ho nessuna competenza per dire quello che invece dico… abbiamo sentito che questi due personaggi sono stati incriminati di omicidio colposo.
