I filmati mostrano il virologo Franco Locatelli proporre un “allineamento” con #AIFA e Consiglio Superiore di Sanità per evitare divergenze pubbliche. Una logica che sostituiva la scienza con la convenienza politica. Il costituzionalista Carlo Iannello ha osservato: "C’è sia l’esigenza di essere unanimi all’interno del CTS, non sia mai ci dividiamo... ma l’unanimità non è soltanto dei membri del CTS, ma di tutte le istituzioni". Un approccio che, a suo dire, richiama il principio d’autorità medievale, ma con un paradosso: "All’epoca l’autorità era Aristotele, uno dei più grandi pensatori dell’Occidente. Oggi da chi è dato il principio d’autorità? Dai membri del CTS o dai politici?".
