Satu di antaranya, adalah Budi Arie Setiadi yang dicopot dari jabatannya sebagai Menteri Koperasi dan digantikan oleh wakilnya, Ferry Juliantono.
Terkait reshuffle yang dilakukan Presiden Prabowo, Budi Arie disebut merasa kaget.
Adapun kabar mengenai reshuffle kabinet ini terbilang mendadak.
Sejumlah menteri yang baru dilantik mengaku baru dikabari kurang lebih satu hingga dua jam sebelum pelantikan dilangsungkan di Istana Negara, Jakarta.
Seorang sumber yang jadi orang terdekat Budi Arie Setiadi mengatakan, koleganya tersebut juga tak mengetahui adanya reshuffle.
Pasalnya, siang hari atau beberapa jam sebelum pelantikan menteri baru, Budi Arie masih menjalani Rapat Kerja bersama Komisi VI DPR RI di Kompleks Parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta.
Rapat tersebut membahas terkait rencana kerja dan anggaran (RKA) Kementerian Koperasi pada 2026 sekaligus perkembangan program Koperasi Desa Kelurahan Merah Putih.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Budi Arie juga sempat mengusulkan tambahan anggaran untuk program prioritas Presiden Prabowo yaitu Koperasi Merah Putih sebesar Rp 7,85 triliun untuk tahun depan.
Adapun sebelumnya, pagu anggaran yang diterima Kemenkop pada 2026 sebesar Rp 937 miliar.
Seusai menjalani rapat DPR, Budi Arie mengatakan bahwa reshuffle atau perombakan kabinet jadi hak prerogatif presiden.
Ia pun mengaku tak mendapat informasi resmi mengenai perombakan tersebut.
Budi Arie kala itu hanya menyatakan bahwa dirinya saat ini fokus bekerja untuk rakyat.
