這次重讀，我把當年離婚後的體會，和如今從公司創辦人走向一人公司的經驗放在一起看。身分除了告訴我們是誰，也會替我們做決定。當舊角色退場，我們需要重新辨認：哪些已經結束，哪些仍能帶走？
更難察覺的，是心裡那台不斷重播舊節目的電視。心理學幫助我們看見詮釋與慣性，但標籤不能替人生活。理解之後，還有現實限制、選擇的代價，以及要親自承擔的責任。
不少男性習慣用下一份工作、下一段關係填補失落，卻還沒弄清楚自己究竟失去了什麼。一塊雞胸肉，為什麼曾讓我覺得人生很可憐，又如何成為重新照顧自己的開始？
這一集從書中的「中陰」出發，談身分、心理覺察、男性失落與轉場中的決策。當新方向尚未清楚，如何先站穩此刻，再透過小而可逆的行動累積證據？我們重新讀這本書，也重新思考：帶著過去往前，究竟可以怎麼做？
