Spam cannot be stopped, and blocking it doesn’t work. The “right” way to deal with it is to mark spam arriving in your inbox as spam, so future spam will be automatically routed to your spam or junk folder. If your spam filter doesn’t improve over time, it’s probably time to find a new email program or provider.
