We slowly cook the milk for nearly 6 hours, reducing it from 3 parts to 1 to achieve a thick, rich, creamy texture.We make natural colors, pink from fresh dragon fruit, and blue from spirulina powder. We pour the mixture into molds and freeze it for 12 hours.
