Ahora no hay transformadores, no hay cables, no hay infraestructura, y la respuesta es simple: el Partido Comunista saquea un barrio para intentar mantener a otro con una “apariencia” de normalidad. Mientras tanto, el pueblo sigue en la oscuridad, literalmente.
