Jetzt ist klar, worauf sich Union und SPD nach den Beratungen im Bundestag geeinigt haben. Die Regierung startet ein umfassendes Wachstums- und Energiepaket, das vor allem Industrie und Mittelstand entlasten soll.Kanzler Friedrich Merz (70, CDU) erklärte am Abend: „Wir stärken den Standort Deutschland – für mehr Wachstum und sichere Arbeitsplätze.“ Herzstück des Pakets ist der neue Industriestrompreis: Für die Jahre 2026 bis 2028 soll Strom für energieintensive Betriebe rund fünf Cent pro Kilowattstunde kosten. Damit will die Koalition Firmen in Branchen wie Stahl, Chemie und Keramik dauerhaft entlasten.
Zudem beschlossen Union und SPD eine Kraftwerksstrategie für den Bau moderner Gaskraftwerke und den neuen Deutschlandfonds, der Investitionen in den Mittelstand und wachstumsfähige Start-ups anreizen soll.
Auch der Luftverkehrsstandort Deutschland soll profitieren: Die zum 1. Juli 2026 geplante Senkung der Ticketsteuer soll die zuletzt gestiegenen Flugpreise wieder senken und Verbindungen sichern.
