Teheran telah berulang kali mengatakan jika program nuklirnya tak merugikan siapa pun dan bersifat damai.
Pernyataan ini disampaikan duta besar Israel untuk PBB di Jenewa, Ali Bahreini, Selasa (24/6/2025).
Bahrenei menuduh Amerika Serikat (AS) dan Israel melancarkan serangan kriminal terhadap Iran.
Tindakan itu dinilai telah menyimpang dari Badan Tenaga Atom Internasional.
Ia mengatakan serangan itu tidak hanya menargetkan Iran tetapi juga rezim nonproliferasi global.
Diketahui, AS menyerang tiga fasilitas nuklir Iran pada Minggu (22/6).
Hal ini memicu ketegangan di Timur Tengah.
Beberapa jam setelah serangan itu, militer Teheran meluncurkan puluhan rudalnya ke Israel.
Sejumlah kota-kota besar menjadi target serangan termasuk Tel Aviv yang diklaim mengalami banyak kerusakan.
Puncaknya saat Iran meluncurkan serangan ke pangkalan AS di Qatar.
