(LaPresse) - In un angolo remoto di Ischia, nella località 'Capo Grosso - Scarrupata', i Carabinieri della locale Stazione hanno scoperto un complesso di opere abusive costruito, mese dopo mese, per trasformare un tratto di costa selvaggia e ad altissimo rischio idrogeologico in un vero e proprio resort di lusso. Le indagini sono iniziate a luglio e hanno restituito il quadro di un’aggressione sistematica all’ambiente - si legge in una nota - portata avanti con cura quasi maniacale per sfuggire a ogni controllo. I responsabili non si sono limitati a costruire. Hanno sbancato circa 5 metri cubi di terreno per livellare l’area sotto una struttura di 32 metri quadrati, hanno intubato per 120 metri il sottosuolo con condotte idriche abusive, hanno scavato collegamenti elettrici dentro una grotta naturale trasformata in deposito clandestino per un gruppo elettrogeno e un motore artigianale. E per non farsi scoprire dal cielo o dal mare, hanno steso sull’intera struttura una rete mimetica vegetata, capace di confondersi perfettamente con la macchia mediterranea circostante - un espediente che racconta, più di ogni altro dettaglio, la piena consapevolezza dell’illecito e la volontà di proseguirlo indisturbati.
