JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Kejaksaan Agung menetapkan 7 orang menjadi tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah.Salah satu tersangka merupakan Direktur Utama Pertamina Patra Niaga, Riva Siahaan.
Kejaksaan Agung menyebut korupsi di anak perusahaan Pertamina ini terjadi pada 2018 hingga 2023.
Dari keterangan penyidik Jampidsus Kejaksaan Agung, Direktur Utama PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Riva Siahaan, diduga membeli pertalite untuk kemudian diblending menjadi pertamax.
Namun, pada saat pembelian, pertalite itu dibeli dengan harga pertamax.
Ada dua modus korupsi tata kelola minyak Pertamina.
Tersangka diduga mengimpor BBM RON 90 atau setara dengan pertalite. Kemudian, hasil impor BBM RON 90 tersebut disimpan di depo.
Di sanalah BBM RON 90 diblending dengan RON 92, kemudian diberi merk dagang RON 92 atau setara pertamax. Setelah proses selesai, kemudian dijual ke masyarakat.
Dalam kasus ini, penyidik Kejaksaan Agung menemukan biaya tata kelola minyak yang tinggi, memengaruhi subsidi BBM yang dibebankan ke APBN dalam bentuk skema subsidi.
Kejaksaan Agung menemukan kerugian keuangan negara sebesar Rp193,7 triliun, di antaranya kerugian ekspor minyak mentah dalam negeri, impor melalui broker, melalui kompensasi, dan pemberian subsidi dari APBN.
PT Pertamina Persero membantah tudingan oplosan bahan bakar minyak (BBM) pertalite ke pertamax dalam dugaan kasus korupsi yang tengah diusut Kejaksaan Agung.
Vice President Corporate Communication Pertamina, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, memastikan kualitas BBM yang sampai di masyarakat sudah sesuai dengan standar yang ditentukan oleh Dirjen Migas.
Menurutnya, informasi yang beredar di masyarakat merupakan disinformasi.
