Super Star Senior Episode 53 | Celebrating 50 episodes with melodies

This milestone episode opened with a soulful song by our Judjus and marked the 50th episode of Superstar Senior. The first performance of the day came from Aswathi in the Pathos Round, where she delivered a beautiful and emotionally rich song, setting a touching tone for the episode.

Rahul then took the stage for the Songs of Joy Round. He sang the popular song “Marivillin Gopurangal…” from the movie Summer in Bethlehem. The song, composed by Vidyasagar sir and originally sung by Srinivas and Biju Narayanan, is known for its lively spirit. During the performance, Rahul momentarily forgot the lyrics, but he handled the situation with composure and continued, making it a learning moment in his musical journey.

And finally, Karthika took the stage for the Pathos Round. She sang the timeless song “Rappadi… Kozhunnuvo…” from the movie Akashadoothu. The song, composed by Ouseppachan and originally sung by K. S. Chithra, is deeply emotional. Karthika rendered the song beautifully, touching the hearts of everyone present and bringing the episode to a soulful close.

As this marked the 50th episode, the show featured a special guest Siya. Though she is a differently abled individual, Siya is an extraordinary singer with remarkable talent. She graced the stage and delivered a heartfelt rendition of “Kannodu Kannoram…” from the movie Veeraputhran, leaving the audience deeply moved and inspired.
