A Tagadà, il programma di La7 condotto da Tiziana Panella, è intervenuto Francesco Paolo Sisto, sottosegretario alla Giustizia, per fare chiarezza sul procedimento che ha portato alla concessione della grazia presidenziale a Nicole Minetti e sulle polemiche sorte in seguito a nuove rivelazioni giornalistiche.La conduttrice ha aperto il dibattito chiedendo a chi spettasse la responsabilità nel caso in cui emergesse che la grazia fosse stata concessa sulla base di elementi falsi. Sisto ha scelto di rispondere ripercorrendo l'iter procedurale previsto dalla legge."La condannata rivolge un'istanza di grazia direttamente al Presidente della Repubblica. Il Presidente della Repubblica invia gli atti al Ministero per l'istruttoria", ha spiegato il sottosegretario. L'istruttoria, ha precisato, consiste nel trasmettere gli atti alla Procura generale competente — in questo caso quella di Milano — poiché "la Procura generale è l'unica che possa fare indagini.
