Проклятый жанр — Immersive Sim. К нему относятся великолепные игры, которые или плохо продаются, или проваливаются. Возможно, из-за особенного, непонятного темпа. Это вроде и шутер, но с ролевой системой развития. Стрелять надо, но еще больше времени уходит на исследование и решение головоломок. Сражения есть, но зачастую лучше их избегать. Звучит вкусно, а на деле люди проходят мимо и нос воротят. Люди, одумайтесь!System Shock 2 — это великолепный образец Immersive Sim. Игра от Кена Левина, будущего разработчика BioShock и BioShock Infinite. Космический хоррор. Мы прошли обновленную версию — System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster — и однозначно рекомендуем игру сегодня. Прекрасно сохранилась.
