JABAR, KOMPAS.TV - Presiden Prabowo Subianto meresmikan pembangunan proyek ekosistem industri baterai kendaraan listrik terintegrasi terbesar di Asia, di Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat.

Proyek strategis nasional ini memiliki nilai investasi mencapai 5,9 miliar dolar Amerika atau setara dengan Rp95,6 triliun.

Prabowo bilang, proyek ini dimulai saat kepemimpinan Presiden ke-7 Joko Widodo sekitar empat tahun lalu.

Dinilai sebagai pengembangan industri dari hulu ke hilir pertama di Indonesia.

Prabowo menekankan, proyek ini mencerminkan keseriusan kerja sama strategis antara Indonesia dan Tiongkok, yang merupakan produsen baterai EV terbesar di dunia.
