If Pokrovsk falls, what's next for Ukraine? | DW News
Around 300 Russian soldiers have advanced on the Ukrainian city of Pokrovsk through a blanket of thick fog, according to the Ukrainian military. An eerie video posted to social media appears to show Russian troops moving into the city, long-cited as part of a key supply route for Ukraine. There have been fierce battles for the territory in recent months, but Russia says its assault units are advancing. Though the date of the footage cannot be independently verified, the road layout, signs and thick fog match the conditions in Pokrovsk. With analysis from DW correspondent Nick Connolly and military analyst Marina Miron.00:00 Video showing alleged Russian advance on Pokrovsk
