Venezuelan Sound System en el Festival por la Paz, 1 de mayo de 2026

Este viernes 1 de mayo de 2026, el Venezuelan Sound System (VESS) participó en el Festival por la Paz que el gobierno venezolano realizó en celebración del 1 de mayo, Día del Trabajador y la Trabajadora. Esta tarima estuvo ubicada en la Concha Acústica del Parque del Este Francisco de Miranda, en Caracas. VESS es una banda que forma parte de El Sistema de Orquestas y cuenta con músicos y voces formadas en él, y se especializa en canciones de pop, soul, rhythm and blues y otros géneros. Las espectaculares voces son de Sofía Castillo, Vibert Reinozo y Deborah Emperatriz, bajo la dirección musical de Jesús Milano.

Entre otras canciones, interpretaron Do you believe (Cher), On the Radio (Donna Summer), Y.M.C.A (Village People), Celebration (Kool & The Gang), Last Dance (Donna Summer), Never Gonna Give You Up (Rick Astley), Holiday + Vogue (ambas por Madonna), etc.
