Neben geringeren Wartungskosten und weniger Technikflächen profitieren Kunden wie die Kunsthalle und die Fünf Höfe von stabiler Betriebssicherheit. München gilt europaweit als Vorreiter, nur Wien und Paris nutzen ähnliche Systeme.
