Licenziata per la protesta pro-Palestina alla Scala: il presidio davanti al Tribunale di Milano
La vicenda, che aveva fatto discutere nei mesi scorsi, approda ora in aulaÈ fissata per oggi - mercoledì 24 settembre - la prima udienza al Tribunale del Lavoro di Milano sul caso della giovane maschera licenziata dal Teatro alla Scala dopo aver gridato «Palestina Libera» all’arrivo di Giorgia Meloni. La vicenda, che aveva fatto discutere nei mesi scorsi, approda ora in aula. La Cub Informazione e Spettacolo denuncia il licenziamento come «sproporzionato e politico», attribuendo la decisione al nuovo sovrintendente Fortunato Ortombina. In concomitanza con l’udienza, i lavoratori della Cub Milano hanno organizzato un presidio per la collega davanti al Palazzo di Giustizia, in corso di Porta Vittoria. «Chiediamo alla Scala, e in particolare al presidente del cda Giuseppe Sala, di reintegrare la lavoratrice e riconoscerle i danni subiti – afferma il sindacato –. Gridare ‘Palestina Libera!’ non è reato: nessuno deve essere licenziato».
