Koordinator Advokasi LBH Padang, Diki Rafiqi terdapat 18 orang yang berstatus sebagai saksi dan korban dalam peristiwa tewasnya Afif.
Sejatinya lanjut Diki, terdapat 18 orang yang berstatus sebagai saksi dan korban dalam peristiwa tewasnya Afif.
Akan tetapi lantaran pihaknya terbentur kelengkapan identitas mereka maka LBH kata Diki baru bisa mengajukan beberapa orang dari total 18 saksi tersebut.
Kasus dimulai dari penemuan jasad Afif Maulana di bawah jembatan Batang Kuranji, Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat, pada Minggu (9/6/2024) siang.
Afif Maulana ditemukan tewas dengan kondisi luka lebam.
Berdasarkan investigasi, Lembaga Bantuan Hukum (LBH) Padang menduga Afif Maulana tewas diduga karena disiksa anggota polisi yang sedang patroli.
Kini LPSK sedang meninjau pengajuan perlindungan dan akan melakukan asesmen terhadap para korban dan saksi yang memohon perlindungan.
