Nel caso dell’omicidio avvenuto nel boschetto di Rogoredo, a Milano, l’assistente capo di polizia Carmelo Cinturrino ha ribadito davanti al Tribunale del Riesame la propria versione dei fatti, respingendo l’accusa di aver agito con l’intenzione di uccidere. Secondo quanto riferito dai suoi legali, l’uomo ha sostenuto che il colpo di pistola che ha causato la morte del 28enne Abderrahim Mansouri sarebbe partito in un momento di paura, durante un contesto ritenuto particolarmente pericoloso. “Non volevo uccidere, è stata una tragica fatalità”, è la linea difensiva ribadita in aula, accompagnata dall’espressione di rammarico per quanto accaduto. Cinturrino ha inoltre negato qualsiasi rapporto personale con la vittima, affermando di conoscerla soltanto attraverso una foto segnaletica, e ha escluso la premeditazione. Nella sua ricostruzione, l’episodio si inserirebbe in una situazione di tensione e timore, tale da averlo spinto a sparare senza l’intenzione di provocare la morte.
