ในระยะนี้หลายพื้นที่ทั่วไทยยังคงมีฝนตกหนักต่อเนื่อง ติดตามใน ฝนฟ้าอากาศ กับ คุณบี กมลาสน์นาทีฝนตกหนักและลมกระโชกแรงปกคลุมพื้นที่หาดจอมเทียน อำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี จนทัศนวิสัยลดลงอย่างชัดเจน มองเห็นอาคารริมชายหาดและแนวชายฝั่งได้เพียงลาง ๆ การจราจรเป็นไปอย่างเชื่องช้า
ขณะที่ ทะเลมีคลื่นสูงกระทบชายฝั่ง ทั้งชาวบ้าน คนค้าขาย และนักท่องเที่ยวต่างต้องโยกย้ายตัวเองออกจากพื้นที่ริมหาด หลบภัยฝนตกหนักอยู่ภายในอาคารเพื่อความปลอดภัย

ภาคอีสาน ฝนตก 40% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักบางแห่งที่ บึงกาฬ สกลนคร นครพนม มุกดาหาร อำนาจเจริญ และ อุบลราชธานี
ภาคกลาง ฝนตก 40% ของพื้นที่ ตกได้ที่ นครสวรรค์ อุทัยธานี ชัยนาท สุพรรณบุรี พระนครศรีอยุธยา สระบุรี กาญจนบุรี ราชบุรี นครปฐม สมุทรสงคราม และ สมุทรสาคร
ภาคตะวันออก ฝนตก 60% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักที่ นครนายก ปราจีนบุรี จันทบุรี และ ตราด ทะเลบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ภาคใต้ ฝนตก 40-60% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักบางแห่งที่ ชุมพร สุราษฎร์ธานี นครศรีธรรมราช ปัตตานี ยะลา นราธิวาส ระนอง พังงา ภูเก็ต และ กระบี่ ทะเล 2 ฝั่งบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ฝนตก 60% ของพื้นที่
