Soal Dugaan Blending BBM di SPBU Pertamina, YLKI: Warga Bisa Ajukan Class Action Jika Dirugikan
KOMPAS.TV - Imbas dari pengungkapan kasus korupsi yang terjadi di tubuh Pertamina terkait dugaan blending BBM jenis RON 88 dan RON 92 yang dipasarkan seharga BBM jenis RON 92, masyarakat mengaku kecewa. Mereka berharap ada perbaikan dari Pertamina sehingga kepercayaan publik bisa kembali.Merespons keresahan yang terjadi di masyarakat, Yayasan Lembaga Konsumen Indonesia (YLKI) menyatakan bahwa masyarakat bisa mengajukan class action jika terbukti merasa dirugikan.
YLKI pun selama ini juga telah menerima sejumlah aduan atas kerugian konsumen akibat dugaan pengoplosan ini.
Sementara itu, PTH Dirut Pertamina Patra Niaga, Mars Ega Legowo Putra, menyatakan bahwa penambahan zat aditif terhadap BBM produk Pertamina adalah untuk mengubah warna dan keunggulan, bukan untuk mengubah RON. Pertamina menjamin Pertamax yang beredar di pasaran sudah sesuai dengan spesifikasi.
Sebelumnya, Kejaksaan Agung mengungkap kasus dugaan korupsi dalam tata kelola minyak mentah yang menyeret Dirut Pertamina Patra Niaga, Riva Siahaan. Dalam konstruksi hukum yang dijelaskan Kejagung, diduga ada pengondisian produk kilang dengan memblending BBM jenis RON 88 dan RON 92, kemudian dipasarkan dengan harga BBM jenis RON 92. Atas perbuatan para tersangka, negara dirugikan hingga Rp193,7 triliun per tahun.
