Adapun hal itu disampaikan Kosasih dalam duplik yang disampaikan lewat kuasa hukumnya di persidangan, dugaan korupsi investasi fiktif PT Taspen, rugikan keuangan negara Rp 1 triliun, PN Tipikor Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (2/10/2025).
Proses persidangan Antonius Kosasih akan segera memasuki tahap akhir pembacaan vonis.
Sebelumnya Kosasih dituntut pidana penjara 10 tahun pada perkara dugaan investasi fiktif PT Taspen pada 2019 yang merugikan keuangan negara Rp 1 triliun.
Jaksa menilai Kosasih terbukti sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan korupsi secara bersama-sama dalam perkara tersebut.
Dalam dakwaan sebelumnya, ย jaksa menyebut Kosasih bersama eks Direktur Utama PT Insight Investments Management (IIM), Ekiawan Heri Primaryanto melakukan rencana investasi pada reksadana portfolio PT Taspen tanpa didukung hasil analisa investasi.
