(LaPresse) Parla uno dei residenti della centralissima via Anfiteatro 7 a Milano, dove giovedì mattina la Guardia di finanza ha posto sotto sequestro il cantiere della torre «Unico-Brera», come disposto dal gip di Milano Mattia Firentini nell'ambito di un'indagine sull'urbanistica del capoluogo lombardo. «Io personalmente ho fatto ricorso al Tar e al Consiglio di Stato ma mi hanno dato torto purtroppo, ora diciamo che c'è un sospetto di ragione», afferma Alberto Villa, che abita accanto al fabbricato in costruzione. «Ho un appartamento che non riesco ad affittare perché mi hanno messo una lamiera davanti, poi ci sono gravi danni di luce e vedute. Ho i balconi della casa in costruzione proprio attaccati al mio: ci possiamo passare cibi e bevande», prosegue l'uomo. Il progetto immobiliare dei costruttori Carlo e Stefano Rusconi con la RS srl punta a trasformare due ruderi settecenteschi di 5 e 3 piani, demoliti nel 2006, in una torre di 11 piani per oltre 34 metri, 27 appartamenti e 45 abitanti potenziali. I lavori avrebbero dovuto completarsi quest'anno e sono stati autorizzati, come in altre decine di casi finiti sotto la lente della magistratura, con una Scia, Segnalazione Certificata di inizio attività, come «ristrutturazione edilizia» nel 2019 e, successivamente, con un'altra segnalazione certificata di inizio attività in variante nel 2023.
