Sono arrivati a bordo di un volo militare poco prima della mezzanotte i cittadini palestinesi accolti in Italia per consentire le cure mediche ai bambini della striscia di Gaza feriti dalle bombe.Tra loro ci sono anche Alaa al-Najjar e il figlio Adam, gli unici sopravvissuti della famiglia. Lo scorso 24 maggio Alaa al-Najjar ha perso il marito Hamdi e nove figli in un bombardamento a Khan Younis, Gaza. Le è rimasto solo Adam, 11 anni, ferito ma vivo. Sarà curato all'ospedale Niguarda di Milano.
