안녕하세요 애정입니다😊오늘은 안주가 맛있기로 유명한 '경성술집'에 다녀왔어요!
이곳의 가장 큰 매력은 다양한 막걸리를 만날 수 있다는 점인데요
전통 막걸리부터 과일 향이 가득한 막걸리
계절마다 달라지는 특별한 메뉴까지 준비되어 있어서
막걸리를 좋아하시는 분들이라면 정말 만족하실 거예요!
솔직히 술집 안주라고 하면
그냥 배만 채우는 정도라고 생각하기 쉬운데
여기는 완전히 달랐어요!!
세계요리대회에서 금메달까지 받은 주방장님이
직접 안주를 만들어 주시니까 음식 하나하나가
정성이 가득하고 완성도가 남다르더라구요
제가 먹어본 메뉴들은 전부 기대 이상이었고
맛은 물론이고 각각의 안주가 저마다 개성이 있어서
술이랑 같이 먹을 때 더 조화롭고 특별하게 느껴지더라구요!
여긴 또 복숭아를 직접 갈아서 만들어 주신 복숭아 막걸리가 있는데요
이게 또 예술이에요 🍑
한 모금 마시면 달콤하면서 은은한 과일향이 싹 퍼지는데
진짜 부담 하나도 없고 술술 넘어가더라구요!!
마치 과일주스처럼 가볍게 즐길 수 있어서
술 잘 못 드시는 분들도 편하게 마실 수 있을 것 같아요
마치 칵테일처럼 상큼한데 막걸리의
특유의 부드러운탄산감이 살아 있어서
입안에서 기분 좋게 퍼지는게 특징이었어요
이 술집은 분위기 자체가 아늑하면서도 활기차서
친구랑 와도 좋고 혼술하기에도 괜찮은 느낌이었어요
조명이 따뜻하고 옆 테이블에서 들려오는 웃음소리까지도
오늘 분위기를 한층 업 시켜주더라구요.
음식들도 하나같이 정성스럽게 잘 나왔고
막걸리 종류도 다양해서 다음엔 다른 맛도 먹어보러 가려구요
