Depan DPR, Patrialis Akbar soal MK Putuskan Pemilu Terpisah: Terjadi Pergolakan di Partai Politik
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Eks Hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK), Patrialis Akbar menyoroti putusan MK yang memisahkan Pemilu di tingkat nasional harus dilakukan terpisah dengan Pemilu di tingkat daerah pada tahun 2029 saat Rapat Dengar Pendapat Umum (RDPU) dengan Komisi III DPR RI, Jumat (4/7/2025)."Begitu beratnya beban untuk seseorang menjadi hakim konstitusi karena harus orang-orang yang betul-betul luar biasa. Salah satu syaratnya adalah negarawan. Jadi tak boleh juga MK memberikan putusan sembarangan," ujar Patrialis Akbar.
"Dampak yang kita rasakan pada hari ini, terjadi pergolakan di partai-partai politik, juga di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Makanya Pak Ketua mengundang kita. Buat apa diundang kalau tak ada masalah?" lanjutnya.
