【あらすじ】
伊勢志摩を中心とする地区において、養殖真珠が全滅に近い被害を受ける現象が発生する。真珠業者は生き残った真珠を日本海側へ避難させるが、そんな折に怪獣ガマクジラが出現。驚くべきことに怪獣は、その長い舌を使い真珠を食べ始めた。科特隊の攻撃も効かず、怪獣は真珠のある大都市に向かって前進する！
