Назначенный российскими властями “губернатор” оккупированной части Запорожской области Евгений Балицкий на встрече с Владимиром Путиным сообщил о критической нехватке медицинских кадров и проблемах с водоснабжением в регионе. “У нас серьезная нехватка кадров, и мы предпринимаем все меры которые возможно, особенно касается врачей первой категории”, — пожаловался Балицкий. По его данным, укомплектованность врачами первой категории в оккупированной части украинского региона сейчас составляет 35%, второй категории — 51%.
