L'accordo introduce anche vincoli operativi: un tetto giornaliero di due ore per gli under 18, il blocco delle funzioni principali tra mezzanotte e le sei del mattino, la sospensione delle notifiche nell'orario scolastico e la rimozione dei "mi piace" dagli account degli adolescenti.
