Pero al salir de la corte en Miami, fue detenido por ICE y ahora enfrenta la posibilidad de ser deportado a Cuba, país del que huyó buscando seguridad y una nueva vida.
Llegó a Estados Unidos en 2022 con el sueño de abrir su propia barbería y construir un hogar junto a su esposa, residente legal. Su caso no es aislado; es parte de una creciente ola de detenciones tras audiencias migratorias en varias ciudades del país.
