Jaksa Tegaskan Lisa Rachmat Bermufakat Jahat Suap Hakim untuk Urus Perkara Ronald Tannur

Atas perbuatannya tersebut, jaksa menolak pledoi dari terdakwa Lisa Rachmat dan kuasa hukumnya pada kasus pemufakatan jahat perkara Ronald Tannur.
"Bahwa telah terjadi pemufakatan jahat atau kesepakatan antara Terdakwa Lisa Rachmat dengan Zarof Ricar untuk mempengaruhi Hakim Agung dalam perkara Ronald Tannur pada tingkat kasasi," kata jaksa dalam replikanya di persidangan PN Tipikor Jakarta, Rabu (11/6/2025).
Jaksa menerangkan bahwa terdakwa Lisa Rachmat telah menyerahkan uang senilai Rp 6 miliar kepada Zarof Ricar.
"Yang mana sebelumnya Zarof Ricar telah menemui saksi Susilo salah satu Hakim Agung yang menangani perkara Ronald Tannur pada tingkat kasasi," jelas jaksa di persidangan.
