KPK merespons dengan menyebut bahwa pemanggilan setiap pihak sebagai saksi didasarkan pada kebutuhan proses penyidikan.
KPK menyatakan terbuka untuk memanggil siapa saja tanpa terkecuali untuk dimintai keterangan.
Pernyataan itu disampaikan juru bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo dalam pernyataannya Kamis (3/7/2025).
Budi mengatakan penyidik masih mendalami informasi dari para pihak yang telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, termasuk informasi yang didapat dari hasil penggeledahan.
Nantinya, hasil analisa dari setiap informasi tersebut akan menjadi langkah KPK untuk melihat pihak-pihak yang berperan dalam perkara ini, tak terkecuali Bobby Nasution.
