Sekretaris Jenderal Hizbullah, Hassan Nasrallah mengingatkan para petempur gerakannya di Lebanon untu tetap waspada.
Termasuk bersiap menghadapi skenario terburuk dalam konteks konfrontasi melawan Israel demi mendukung Gaza dan membalas agresi pendudukan di wilayah mereka.
Meski memberikan peringatan, Nasrallah berharap tidak terjadi hal seperti itu.
Skenario terburuk yang dimaksud Nasrallah adalah perang besar dan terbuka antara Hizbullah dan pasukan Israel (IDF).
Perdana Menteri Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu dalam beberapa kesempatan sudah memberikan isyarat bahwa IDF siap merangsek ke Lebanon.
Yakni untuk memukul mundur Hizbullah dari wilayah perbatasan.
Di mana mereka setiap hari melancarkan serangan ke teritorial pendudukan demi melemahkan kekuatan Israel dalam agresi di Gaza.
Terkait rencana penyerbuan besar-besaran IDF ke Lebanon, Nasrallah menyatakan, “Jika Netanyahu terus melanjutkan konflik ini, dia akan membawa negaranya menuju bencana, dan ini adalah fakta yang didukung oleh bukti.”
Nasrallah mencatat bahwa Pendudukan Israel menghadapi dilema di Lebanon dan tidak memiliki pilihan yang memungkinkan.
