Roy Suryo-Rismon Sianipar Siap Hadapi Proses Hukum Kasus Ijazah Jokowi | SAPA PAGI
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Polda Metro Jaya resmi meningkatkan status perkara dugaan ijazah palsu Presiden Joko Widodo ke tahap penyidikan. Artinya, dalam waktu dekat, polisi akan menetapkan tersangka dalam kasus ini.Salah satu terlapor, Roy Suryo, menyatakan siap menghadapi proses hukum di Polda Metro Jaya. Ia juga menyinggung penggunaan pasal dalam Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) oleh penyidik, yang menurutnya justru dapat menyasar pihak lain.
Senada dengan Roy, ahli digital forensik Rismon Sianipar juga menyatakan tidak gentar menjalani proses hukum.
Ia menilai langkah hukum terhadap dirinya sebagai bentuk kriminalisasi, dan menyatakan akan melawan dalam perkara ini.
Sementara itu, kuasa hukum Presiden Joko Widodo, Rivai Kusumanegara, menyebut bahwa naiknya kasus ini ke tahap penyidikan menandakan adanya unsur pidana dari laporan yang disampaikan Jokowi kepada aparat penegak hukum.
