Domingo Cavallo habla en la Camara de Diputados. La reunión en la cámara empezó alrededor de las 18 horas. En el primer tramo Cavallo se refirió a la privatización del Correo. Hablo sobre la incidencia que pretendían tener las mafias en dicha privatización y también puntualizo las consecuencias que trajo la eliminación del canon de entrada de correspondencia internacional a la argentina. En su alocución se refirió a los atentados que fueron victimas algunos funcionarios cuando se abrió el registro de permisionarios para la instalación de servicios de correos en el interior. También preciso un atentado que hubo contra un edificio de ENCOTESA. Trabas que tenían las empresas del Estado cuando se trataba de licitar un servicio de correo. Aparece el nombre de Alfredo Yabran.
