Tampak CAT langsung menundukkan kepala dan mengusap wajahnya menggunakan tisu.
Sesekali rekan terduga korban di meja pengaku tampak mencoba menenangkan.
Ia menepuk-nepuk kecil pundak CAT yang terus menunduk.
Mata wanita terduga korban itu pun tampak merah dan sembab saat ia kembali mengangkat kepalanya.
Sebagaimana diketahui, DKPP menggelar sidang putusan atas Hasyim terkait tindak dugaan asusila terhadap panitia pemilihan luar negeri (PPLN), Rabu (3/7/2024).
Dalam sidang yang mulai digelar di Kantor DKPP RI, Jakarta pukul 14.11 WIB Hasyim tak tampak di dalam ruang sidang. Ia mengikuti sidang secara daring melalui Zoom.
Sementara, pihak pengadu tampak hadir lengkap dengan seluruh tim kuasa hukumnya.
Hasyim diadukan oleh seorang perempuan yang merupakan PPLN sebab diduga melakukan tindak dugaan asusila saat proses Pemilu 2024 berlangsung.
Selain itu, Hasyim Asyari juga diduga telah menggunakan relasi kuasa untuk mendekati dan menjalin hubungan dengan pengadu.
Dalam sidang tersebut DKPP menyatakan Hasyim Asy'ari terbukti melakukan pelecehan seksual terhadap pengadu, CAT.
DKPP pun memberikan sanksi pemberhentian tetap atau pemecatan terhadap Ketua KPU Hasyim Asy'ari.(*)
