KOMPAS.TV - Kebakaran kapal Barcelona 5 menyebabkan lima orang meninggal, Hingga Senin pagi (21/07/2025) kapal mengepulkan asap dari rangka kapal.Dua armada kapal dari Lantamal Delapan Manado disiagakan untuk berjaga sekaligus melakukan pemadaman api di kapal Barcelona 5 pasca insiden kebakaran yang terjadi Minggu siang kemarin.
Berdasarkan visual yang diterima Kompas TV dari Dinas Penerangan Lantamal Delapan Manado, terlihat kepulan asap tipis keluar dari rangka kapal Barcelona 5 yang masih terapung di sekitar perairan Laut Talise, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara.
Unsur gabungan Basarnas Manado masih melakukan pencarian korban di sekitar perairan Talise.
Hingga Senin siang, masih ada keluarga penumpang KM Barcelona yang masih mencari informasi keberadaan keluarga mereka.
Direktorat Polisi Perairan dan Udara (Ditpolairud) hari ini memeriksa 1 nakhoda dan 13 anak buah kapal KM Barcelona 5 yang terbakar di perairan Talise, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara.
Kabid Humas Polda Sulut, Kombes Alamsyah Hasibuan, mengatakan pihaknya kini masih melakukan penyelidikan terkait terbakarnya KM Barcelona.
